Pricing Cost per scan: Pricing Varies. Please call for details. Scan prices include a CD-ROM of the images with free i-CAT Vision software AND/OR a CD-ROM burned in DICOM format for use in various types of treatment planning software such as SimPlant, Nobel Biocare, coDiagnostix, EasyGuide etc. Printed scan reports are available, however, the are subject to an extra charge.

Multiple Scan Discount: Varies by area. Please call for more information.

Radiology Services: Reports are returned within 24 - 48 hours.

SimPlant Processing: Pricing Varies. Please call for details.

Payment

We ask that all CT scans and be paid for in full at the time the scan is taken. Payment for radiology services will also be due at the time the service is requested. We can collect payment from the patient or your office via check, cash, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We are unable to accept insurance, however, we will provide medical billing codes if you wish to submit patient scans to insurance for reimbursement.

Payment for SimPlant processing will also be expected in advance. We will accept payment directly from the patient or your office. As with the scans, payment can only be made via check, cash, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
